4. PAYMENT TERMS
You agree to pay all fees associated with the products or Services you purchase.
Prices, payment schedules, and available payment options will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other payment processors.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method provided for the amount and payment schedule disclosed at checkout.
If you purchase a subscription, membership, or payment plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing schedule presented at the time of purchase until the subscription is canceled or the payment obligation is completed.
5. REFUND POLICY
We want customers to clearly understand our refund policy before purchasing.
DIGITAL COURSES AND DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product checkout page, purchases of standalone digital courses, templates, downloadable resources, recordings, and other immediately accessible digital products are final once access has been provided.
Because customers receive immediate access to digital intellectual property that cannot be returned, refunds are generally not provided after access has been delivered.
This policy does not limit any rights that may be available to you under applicable law.
ELITE SQUAD MEMBERSHIP
Elite Squad memberships may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not generally provide a refund for amounts already paid or for a billing period that has already begun.
Access may continue through the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
We do not generally provide prorated refunds for partially used membership periods.
MENTORSHIP AND COACHING PROGRAMS
Unless different terms are clearly disclosed in writing at the time of enrollment, eligible mentorship and coaching purchases include a 7-calendar-day refund period beginning on the date of purchase.
To request a refund during this period, you must email [email protected].
Because mentorship and coaching programs may include immediate access to proprietary training, personalized strategy, coaching, resources, onboarding, and other services, refund eligibility may be limited if a substantial portion of the program has already been delivered or consumed.
Examples may include completing a private strategy session, receiving substantial customized work, accessing a substantial portion of protected course materials, or otherwise materially consuming the purchased Services.
Any specific program agreement or enrollment agreement provided at the time of purchase may contain additional refund terms. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a signed program agreement, the specific program agreement will control for that purchase.
PAYMENT PLANS
Selecting a payment plan allows you to pay the purchase price according to an agreed schedule.
A payment plan is not necessarily a month-to-month subscription unless expressly described as such at checkout.
If you purchase a fixed-price program using installments, cancellation of your participation does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations unless otherwise provided in your enrollment agreement or required by applicable law.
Any refund approved under our refund policy will be handled according to the terms applicable to the specific program purchased.
REFUND REQUESTS

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, your payment method may be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period.
You may cancel a recurring subscription according to the cancellation method provided within your account, through the applicable platform, or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date to prevent the next scheduled charge.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior billing periods.
7. RESULTS AND EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Mobile Home Elite Investors does not offer a get-rich-quick program.
We do not promise or guarantee income, wealth, profits, investment returns, deal completion, business growth, or financial success.
Any earnings examples, deal examples, case studies, testimonials, transaction results, or success stories shared through our Website, advertising, training, social media, or Services represent individual experiences.
They should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results.
